Does the pack include a Japanese game name and language-support note?
Yes. It includes a suggested Japanese (katakana) game name with a short note on whether to use it, and a clear Japanese note about in-game language support, such as store page only in Japanese. It does not include in-game translation.
When does the 48-hour turnaround start?
The 48 hours start after JapanOps accepts the project, the scope is agreed, payment is confirmed and all required source copy is received. Availability and the delivery date are confirmed in writing before payment.
What counts toward the 1,000 words?
The English source words across all agreed sections of one Steam store page count toward the limit. More than 1,000 words, unclear meaning, extensive proper nouns or additional research need a separate quote before work starts.
What does one revision include?
One revision adjusts the meaning or expression of the delivered Japanese within the original agreed scope. New source copy and additional sections are not included.
Will you log in to Steamworks or publish the page?
No. You receive finished Japanese copy to paste into your store page. Your team controls Steamworks, images, uploads and publication.
Is the US$250 review required?
No. The US$99 copy pack is complete on its own. The separate US$250 storefront and first-play review is optional and has its own scope and delivery timing.
