JapanOps StudioTalk to Kohey

Privacy

The inquiry flow sends only the details needed for a reply and does not save a copy in a website database.

Inquiry form

When you select “Send request,” the site sends the public URL, selected service and project type, your description, work email and a non-personal campaign code to JapanOps Studio through its transactional email provider. The provider also sends a confirmation copy to your work email. JapanOps receives the request at its business inbox and may reply to that address. The website does not add the submission to a customer database or marketing list.

The transactional email provider processes message contents and delivery metadata to deliver and protect the messages. A random submission identifier is used only to prevent accidental duplicate delivery. A one-way hash derived from the request network address is used in short-lived rate-limit data; the form contents are not placed in that rate-limit record.

Phone-inquiry fit review

The Japanese Phone Inquiry form sends the inquiry category, organization, public URL, optional published phone source, your country or time zone, factual questions, why written channels were insufficient, desired reply date and time, timing flexibility, report preference, no-answer preference and work email that you enter. JapanOps and its transactional email provider process those details to deliver the request, receipt and reply; the website does not save them in a separate form database. If the inquiry is accepted, the written scope identifies the minimum information needed for the call, its purpose and the reporting boundary before payment. Do not send personal records, credentials, payment-card details, customer data, health information or unnecessary confidential material.

Optional call recordings

A call is not recorded by default. If the requester buys the recording option, JapanOps explains the purpose and begins recording only after the person called explicitly agrees and the organization permits it. A refusal, withdrawn permission, sensitive discussion or organization rule stops recording without changing a refusal into consent. JapanOps uses an accepted recording only to prepare and deliver the agreed factual record, provides it by an agreed private method and deletes its copy 14 days after delivery. The written report remains the standard output. Privacy or deletion questions can be sent through the contact route below.

The Personal Information Protection Commission’s call-recording FAQ notes that identifiable call content may be personal information and that the use purpose must be notified or published when applicable. Its general guidelines also address appropriate security measures and deletion when personal data is no longer needed. JapanOps uses the stricter explicit-permission and 14-day deletion rules above as its operating policy; this summary is not legal advice.

Message Context Check

The Message Context Check runs a deterministic questionnaire in your browser. Guidance uses only the selected situation, channel, and structured answers; it does not inspect the wording of the communication summary or optional Japanese draft. Those text fields remain in browser memory for your reference, are not sent to JapanOps Studio, an external AI provider, an API, or a database, and are not placed in the human-review email draft. They are not saved in localStorage or sessionStorage, added to the URL, or sent as analytics events.

Commissioned Human Review

The Human Review offer page and Message Context Check create customer-controlled email drafts containing fixed offer text and, when selected in the tool, an approved scenario name. The website does not insert your communication summary, optional Japanese draft, structured answers, channel, recipient identity or other message content.

If JapanOps accepts a paid review, the written scope confirms the exclusions, price, delivery timing and AI-assisted processing disclosure before payment. AI tools may then be used to organize minimized context, check consistency and support internal drafting. Kohey Nishi reviews, writes and owns the final Japanese delivered to you. Do not send passwords, credentials, payment-card details, customer data or unnecessary sensitive information.

Campaign codes

An allowlisted, non-personal campaign code may be attached to the request. The code identifies a broad source such as outbound, site navigation, search or social. It must not contain a person name, company name, email address, full URL or free-form text. Unknown sources remain marked as unknown rather than inferred.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-view measurement plus a small set of cookieless interaction events, such as which approved Message Context Check situation was started or completed and fixed click locations such as a published guide slug or a human-review link. It does not install an advertising pixel or third-party analytics cookie. Before an event is sent, query parameters and URL fragments are removed; the site referrer policy limits cross-site referrer data to its origin. Vercel may process the event time, page path, referrer origin when supplied, approximate geography, browser, operating system and device category for aggregated reporting. Interaction events contain only fixed, non-user-generated labels—approved situation identifiers, fixed click sources and published guide slugs—and never message summaries, Japanese drafts, structured answers or free-form input. Form fields and email contents are not sent to analytics. Future outreach may use a noindex /email/ version of a service page so aggregate visits can be separated by service cohort. The route contains no recipient identifier and cannot show which company or person opened it. The hosting provider may also process standard request and security data under its own terms.

Email

If you send a form or direct email, the transactional sender, your email provider and the receiving email provider process that message. The contents are then handled as a business inquiry and retained according to the providers’ and JapanOps Studio’s business-record practices. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, customer data or other secrets through an inquiry.
