JapanOps StudioTalk to Kohey

Give Japanese players a clear way into your game.

From the store page to the first 20 minutes: Japanese copy that explains the game, tutorial and controls. Your team adds the agreed changes, then Kohey checks the listing preview and test build.

Start with one clear taskfixed quote before payment

The project is complete after your team adds the changes and JapanOps checks the agreed listing and test build.

One continuous decision path, reviewed in Japanese.

The details that make people hesitate.

These are the kinds of things we look for when reading the page and following the next step in Japanese.

  1. 01

    The genre promise flattens

The Japanese listing makes the game feel more generic or confusing than the actual first play.

  2. 02

    Tutorial goals arrive late

The player receives an action before understanding the target, benefit or reward.

  3. 03

    World and system tone split

Character, mission and UI language feel like separate translations rather than one experience.

  4. 04

    Paid value lacks context

Currency, packs, rewarded ads or early offers are visible but difficult to judge in Japanese.

Here’s what we can work on.

We agree the pages, changes, preview and delivery date in writing. You know what you are paying for before work begins.

Review → Fix → Verify

You review the proposed changes, we check them in the agreed preview, and your team decides when to publish.

  1. 01

    Review

We agree the work, what your team will need to provide, the price and the date before payment. The starting scope: one Japan mobile-store listing plus the first 20 minutes of one agreed free path through tutorial, controls and the first visible reward or purchase context without purchase.

  2. 02

    Fix

An approved store, screenshot and opening string/UI change set supplied for client integration, followed by JapanOps QA of the returned listing draft and build.

  3. 03

    Verify

The written scope names the store, OS, device class, game version, build number, orientation, locale and input method. Kohey checks that the agreed changes appear correctly and have not caused obvious problems. The project includes one QA correction pass before your team decides when to publish.

Meet Kohey

Before we get started.

When is a mobile-game project completed?

After your team integrates the approved changes and JapanOps verifies the returned listing and named test build through the agreed first 20 minutes.

Will JapanOps make a purchase or enter a paid path?

No. QA may check visible purchase context, but it does not create an account, make a purchase or enter an age-gated or paid path.

What if the returned build uses different text?

JapanOps records the deviation from the approved change set. New or intentionally changed copy is not automatically included in the original correction scope.

What should Japanese players understand first?

Share your store page and the opening experience you want to improve. We’ll agree the text, test build, devices, quote and timing before work.
