Help Japanese users get started with your product.
Clear Japanese for your product page, pricing and setup instructions. Kohey prepares the copy and checks the agreed page changes in a working preview, so your team can review everything together.
Start with one page or setup task. Your team decides when to publish.

One continuous decision path, reviewed in Japanese.
For software teams with Japanese users
A Japanese setup guide your customers can follow.
Give Japanese users a clear path through one setup task. Get a help page, matching product terms and five support answers your team can reuse.
One setup pack
- One Japanese guide and five reusable support replies.
- Up to 1,500 English source words across the whole pack.
- Editable HTML and Markdown, plus a desktop/mobile preview.
- A small terminology list and one consolidated revision.
Send an existing English help page and the task users need to complete. We confirm the source, current interface, fixed quote and timing before payment.
A worked example
Help users choose a service timezone.
Meety's public documentation gives the menu path for this setting. This excerpt keeps those interface labels visible and explains the choice in Japanese.
Read the source documentationIndependent, AI-assisted example prepared 5 September 2026. This is a source-based draft; Meety has not commissioned or approved it. The current app interface has not been tested.

What makes the pack ready to hand over?
The agreed task is explained in Japanese, screen labels match the supplied current interface, and the page works at the agreed desktop and mobile sizes. Your team receives the editable files and one revision within the agreed scope.
Keep it useful after the next release.
Each pack records its source and review date. Later updates can reuse the accepted terminology and layout; each update is scoped separately. AI assists preparation, and Kohey Nishi is responsible for the final Japanese review.
Your team supplies or confirms the current source, interface labels and product rules. App installation, live customer support, production publication and changes to billing or product behavior are outside this pack.
The details that make people hesitate.
These are the kinds of things we look for when reading the page and following the next step in Japanese.
- 01
Mixed-language decisions
The acquisition page is Japanese, but pricing or signup changes back to English.
- 02
Literal product claims
The words translate, but the buyer cannot tell what the product does or why the claim matters.
- 03
Broken language routes
A Japanese selector, CTA or canonical path leads to an English page, redirect or dead end.
- 04
Unclear commitment
Trial terms, billing, cancellation or the next action become vague at the decision point.
Here’s what we can work on.
We agree the pages, changes, preview and delivery date in writing. You know what you are paying for before work begins.

Review → Fix → Verify
You review the proposed changes, we check them in the agreed preview, and your team decides when to publish.
- 01
Review
We agree the work, what your team will need to provide, the price and the date before payment. The starting scope: one agreed journey across the public product promise, pricing, trial or signup, and explicitly accessible first use.
- 02
Fix
Approved Japanese copy, information order, language-route and editable UI changes applied to an agreed CMS draft, staging site, repository branch or client-returned preview.
- 03
Verify
The written scope names each included browser, viewport, locale, preview identity and access state. Kohey checks that the agreed changes appear correctly and have not caused obvious problems. The project includes one QA correction pass before your team decides when to publish.
Kohey Nishi / Nishikun
The person behind JapanOps. I use AI to help with research and drafts, and take responsibility for the final Japanese review.
Before we get started.
What is included in the Japanese setup pack?
One Japanese guide and five reusable support replies covering one agreed setup task, with up to 1,500 English source words in total. You receive editable HTML and Markdown, a desktop/mobile preview, a terminology list and one consolidated revision. Current product rules and interface labels are confirmed with your team. Scope, price and timing are agreed before payment; your team controls publication.
What does completed mean?
Every approved in-scope change is present on the agreed draft, staging or client-integrated preview, passes the named QA environments without an obvious regression, and is ready for client-controlled publication.
Can JapanOps work without production access?
Yes. Approved fixes can be applied to a CMS draft, staging site or repository branch, or supplied for your team to integrate before JapanOps verifies the returned preview.
What if our team changes the approved copy?
JapanOps flags deviations from the approved change set. They are not automatically included in the original correction scope.
Share the setup task or Japanese page you need.
For a setup pack, share an English help page, the task users need to complete and your preferred date. For other page work, describe the change you need. Kohey Nishi will confirm scope, source, price and timing before payment.
